Starting out in the Grand Rapids city leagues in 1977, I could barely hit the ball 275 feet and I struck out in my first two at bats. I was not a softball player, let alone a power hitter.

In the early 1980's my good friend and teammate tom Clausen bought a video camera and we had an idea to ilm all the great softball hitters at the major tournaments throughout the country. We did just that and filmed these great hitters so we could analyze their swings frame by frame. Watching these guys hit, tom would always ask "Why can they hit the ball so far and we can't?"

One day Tom called me with excitement in his voice, 'Get over here, I found it!" We watched the vidos and recognized taht all these great hitters did FIVE things exactly the same way when striking a ball. We began to duplicate and practice thhose FIVE things. Ultimately, through study and practice, I was able to hit in Major League baseball parks fro the Long Haul Bombers, representing Miken Sports. It was unbelievable; I was living every kids dream!

In this DVD I will show ou these FIVE hitting secrets in super slow-motion. I guarantee that if you learn and practice thse techniques, you will hit the ball harder and farther than you ever thought you could.. I DID.
